Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds are not available for eBooks purchased in error or due to a change of mind.
  • We do not offer refunds for eBooks that have been fully downloaded and accessed, as these are considered consumed upon download.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
